Roland Kickinger was born in Vienna - he was a swimmer and soccer player before he won the IFBB European Championships. Roland began training at age 15, and dedicated his life to the pursuit of the perfect shape. Now he helps others achieve the same great feeling.

The video includes all the major aspects of healthy and effective training and living. It covers Mental Motivation, Stretching, Cardio and proper bodybuilding training techniques.

Roland Kickinger Career Bio:

Roland Kickinger born March 30, 1968. He is an Austrian bodybuilder and actor from Vienna. Standing 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighing from 250-300 pounds, he has appeared in numerous bodybuilding competitions, fitness magazines and training videos through out his career.

In his acting career, Kickinger is perhaps best known for his regular role as Chip Rommel in the television series Son of the Beach and also played the young version of fellow Austrian-American, Arnold Schwarzenegger, in the 2005 TV movie Arnold Run. He also appeared in a minor role in the 2008 film Street Warrior. He appeared in the 2009 film Terminator Salvation, as a prototype of the T-800 made famous by Schwarzenegger.
