Morgan Aste of France won the overall Men's Bodybuilding title as more than 700 of the top amateur competitors from around the world competed in 10 divisions at the 13th Annual Arnold Amateur NPC International Championships.
The Classic Physique Overall Winner was Abtin Shekarabi from Iran.
The events were held at the Battelle Grand and the Greater Columbus Convention Center March 1-2, 2019 as a part of the Arnold Sports Festival.

Muscletime Titans Vol. 6 - Gustavo Badell - The Challenger
Gustavo Badell is the man who beat Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler in the 2005 Mr. Olympia Challenge round!! The DVD was filmed a few days out from the 2006 Arnold Classic in Gustavo's home town of Las Vegas. Also see bonus footage from the 2004 GNC and back stage at the 2006 Arnold Classic contests.
Gustavo Badell Bio:
Gustavo Badell was born on November 3, 1972 in Venezuela. He currently resides in Puerto Rico with his wife and two kids. Gustavo stands only 5'8" but weighs in on stage at a ripped 240 pounds. Of course, Gustavo must do a clean bulk prior to a contest where his weight can get as high as 270 pounds. He still keeps a low bodyfat during his pre-contest bulk, which is why Gustavo can easily switch from off-season to pre-contest mode very easily.
At the age of 15, Gustavo was actively involved with contact sports such as boxing and kickboxing. Two years later he started becoming involved with amateur boxing but was too skinny make a name for himself. His trainer suggested that he should start weight lifting to put on weight, and he then followed the rigors of an intense workout. After noticing his great genetics, and arms that were almost too big for his body, his fellow gym members suggested that he should get into bodybuilding. Gustavo never thought twice!
Gustavo`s bodybuilding career started slowly, but once he found a better rythm for himself, he has become one of the better pro bodybuilders in the IFBB.

The 2009 Mr. Olympia final was staged on September 26 at the Orleans Arena is Las Vegas, and turned out to be one of the most exciting in history. The field was loaded with stars such that the 2009 Olympia was unquestionably the most competitive lineup in the 44-year history of the event. With defending champion Dexter Jackson, two-time champ Jay Cutler, Iron Man Pro winners Phil Heath and Silvio Samuel, Arnold Classic winners in Kai Greene and Victor Martinez, the field was wide open.
It was JAY CUTLER'S big night as he created history! Jay's triumphant return to the victory position in capturing his third Mr. Olympia title was something never done before by a defeated former Mr Olympia winner. This left Branch Warren and Dexter Jackson fighting it out for second place with only a one-point difference between their scores.

This was shot several years ago with older technology and the DVD looks exactly as good as the original camera tapes. At times a slow shutter speed was used to create a special effect. This was not something that we could remove in the authoring process. The DVD is still most enjoyable and a unique record of guys who had little publicy on video at the time.
