Kathrine McLaurin – USA won the overall WOMEN'S PHYSIQUE title as more than 700 of the top amateur competitors from around the world competed in 10 divisions at the 13th Annual Arnold Amateur NPC International Championships.

"Athletes represented more than 80 different countries this year making it one of the biggest international events of its kind,” said Bob Lorimer, President of Classic Productions Inc.

Roland Kickinger Career Bio:

Roland Kickinger born March 30, 1968. He is an Austrian bodybuilder and actor from Vienna. Standing 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighing from 250-300 pounds, he has appeared in numerous bodybuilding competitions, fitness magazines and training videos through out his career.

In his acting career, Kickinger is perhaps best known for his regular role as Chip Rommel in the television series Son of the Beach and also played the young version of fellow Austrian-American, Arnold Schwarzenegger, in the 2005 TV movie Arnold Run. He also appeared in a minor role in the 2008 film Street Warrior. He appeared in the 2009 film Terminator Salvation, as a prototype of the T-800 made famous by Schwarzenegger.

This year saw the greatest variety of bodybuilding, strength, fitness and sports competitions anywhere in the world. Hosting more than 22,000 athletes competing in 80 sports and events, the Arnold Sports Festival is the world's largest multi-sport festival.

Congratulations to the new Arnold Classic champion BRANDON CURRY. The other big winners were CLASSIC PHYSIQUE George Peterson, MEN’S PHYSIQUE Andre Ferguson and PRO MEN’S WHEELCHAIR Harold Kelley. All winners were representing USA.

The Strongman Winner from Iceland, Hafthor Bjornsson of Game of Thrones fame, emphatically took out his 2nd Arnold Classic Strongman title.

The 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award recipients were Drs. Terry and Jan Todd, accepted by Dr Jan Todd.

Eric Lisboa – USA won the overall Men's Physique title as more than 700 of the top amateur competitors from around the world competed in 10 divisions at the 13th Annual Arnold Amateur NPC International Championships.

The event was held at the Battelle Grand and the Greater Columbus Convention Center March 1-2, 2019 as a part of the Arnold Sports Festival.

The ISHOF Awards were held at the Hilton Columbus Downtown on Saturday March 2nd.

'77 AAU Mr. America - See the full posing routines of the top 9 men, just as the judges saw them. You'll see: Jeff King, Don Peterson, Tom Platz, Ron Teufel, Dave Johns, Doug Beaver, C.F. Smith, Clint Beyerle, Pete Grymkowski and Manuel Perry. Includes some compulsories from the Prejudging.

There are fantastic posedowns of all the top men from each class, and intense "side-by-side" muscle battles. DAVE JOHNS won the title and later went on to win the NABBA Amateur Mr Universe crown. MAE WEST presented the trophy to Dave Johns in what was we believe her final public appearance. What a shame we were not able to record her priceless comments to Dave and the other placegetters.

This segment runs for 40 mins.

'77 AAU Mr. U.S.A. - You'll see these stars of the 70s: Rod Koontz, Billy Arlen, Richard Baldwin, Joe Means, Floyd Odom, Pat Neve and C.F. Smith. This was an intense battle, with Smith being disqualified by the judges for continual posing during the "stand relaxed" instruction from the judges. It was a most controversial decision as SMITH was exceedingly popular with the huge crowd who felt cheated by his harsh exclusion. ROD KOONTZ won the title which possibly may have gone to Smith if it had not been for this incident! Draw your own conclusions from the

Joe DeAngelis - Mr. World, Mr. Universe

MIKE MENTZER - THE FINAL CHAPTER, with RAY MENTZER

This 3rd and final DVD consists of all of our remaining segments of Mike and Ray Mentzer in one super DVD feature. It is a tribute to these 2 wonderful bodybuilders who sadly passed away in June 2001. The first half of the DVD is devoted to Mike with Part 2 showcasing Ray. Here is a brief description of the various segments.

MIKE MENTZER TRAINING AT HOME

The legendary Mike Mentzer at his awesome best - a full length home posing and pumping display with closeups on all body parts. This was filmed in Mike's apartment, in West L.A. in July 1978. It was the final solo posing session Wayne shot with Mike. He was in ripped pre-contest condition and performed muscle control that will blow your mind, including the incredibly difficult isolation 'rope' pose!! Every muscle fibre, every vein and every sinew was on display as the camera goes right in for some incredible closeups.

Mike displayed each body part in slow, deliberate flexing, rippling poses. He gave his absolute all. Includes oiling, pumping and dumbell workout. A brutal filming session - according to a sweat soaked Mike! See what he had to say about this filming session in his comments written into his training book he signed and gave Wayne at the end of the shoot!

For 21" arm lovers and those who appreciate the magic and charisma of MIKE MENTZER at his peak, this whole DVD is a must. The Mike Mentzer at home segment is the highlight of the DVD and runs for 28 minutes.

This final DVD on Mike and Ray has been 12 months in the making as we researched and gathered together all of our material. In the years 1977 and 1978 I took around 250 photos of Mike and Ray. I went through every photo on file in selecting the best ones for the DVD photo gallery. I have selected 36 exquisite photos of the brothers which had never ever been scanned or seen before. I think you will enjoy this unique look at the Mentzers at their peak in both colour and B&W photos. These rare unseen photos were all taken at my various filming sessions with them in those 2 years.

This half of the DVD starts off with Ray in contest mode:
1979 IFBB Amateur World Championships where you see Ray placing a very close second to Jusup Wilcosz in the heavyweight class.
1980 Ray Mentzer guest posing at the AAU Mr. America show.
1985 Ray is shown guest posing at the Mr. Capital City show in London.

The DVD ends with the wonderful 30 minute documentary "Ray Mentzer Mr. America - The man behind the title". GMV purchased the copyright to this rare gem which has been unseen outside Europe. Full English soundtrack. Shot in Germany in 1981 when Ray was guest posing at the German Championships, it starts out with various sites in and around Munich, Germany. See Ray Interviewed by his friend Rachel McLish, Ms Olympia. The film includes various scenes of Ray posing, eating, jogging, taking his gym workout followed by some rare scenes of Rachel McLish working out.

Ray was quite an all-round sportsman and you even get to see his skill as he goes windsurfing. The climax of the whole documentary shows Ray on stage in an extraordinary, extended posing routine at the 1981 German Bodybuilding Championships.
