We have added an extra 4 minutes to the total running time with 2 new scenes, and updated the PHOTO GALLERY & BIO with some new material. We also updated the DVD cover as well!

The 2 new scenes are Dorian's Guest Posing at the 1993 EFBB British Championships and scenes of Dorian at the 2010 Mr. Olympia 45 Years Reunion.

Disc #1 is 89 mins and Disc #2 now runs for 128 mins for a TRT of 217 mins.

We have added around two and a half hours of NEW MATERIAL to present all of the life time footage that we could find featuring the fabulous career of 6 time Mr Olympia, DORIAN YATES. Much of this was shot by us during Dorian's career and includes our last interview with him in 2002 at the Olympia Expo.

The contest footage covers his career from his first British victory in 1986, to his Olympia appearances (thanks to the generosity of Andy Olson of Magna Media) to many of his Grand Prix victories to guest posing and more.

Not to be missed are the 25 minutes of wonderful, interesting and funny out- takes, thanks to Mark Dugdale and cameraman Joel Barham, from their shooting with Dorian recently at the Temple Gym in Birmingham. This footage was shot whilst filming Mark's latest DVD "A week in the Dungeon", available from Mark Dugdale as well as from GMV.

After we scoured our video archive for most this new material we then went back through our photo files from all the contests that we or our photographers have covered during Dorian's career. This has turned up a number of fabulous, previously unseen photos which have been scanned and added to the huge PHOTO GALLERY. It now contains around 150 photos covering every aspect of Dorian's career from training in the gym to the stage to private and informal shots. Our thanks to Dorian, Lee Dickens and all who contributed photos. We hope that you will enjoy what is now the Ultimate Edition of the Ultimate video record of the career of the Ultimate Mr Olympia - DORIAN YATES.

DORIAN YATES BRIEF BIO:

Born in Hurley, Staffordshire, near Birmingham, England, Dorian Yates commenced working out in 1983. The man dubbed “The Shadow” (by FLEX Editor-in-Chief Peter McGough) shone a new light of awareness onto training methods with his brief but very high-intensity workouts. After some important victories in England – 1985 Novice Championships and 1986 and 1988 British Championships – Yates visited New York for the 1990 Night of Champions and, in his pro debut, he took second place to Mohamed Benaziza. He vowed that next year he would return to win this contest. He did!

In 1991, Yates was the runner-up at the Olympia to Lee Haney, who won his eighth record-setting Olympia and then retired. From 1992 through 1997, Yates dominated the sport’s highest title with 6 Sandows in a row. In 1994, he overcame a torn biceps to win the crown. In 1997, his most valiant victory came when he tore a triceps three weeks prior to the contest, but still battled on to victory. Due to the injury, Yates was forced to retire at the peak of his career, with a pro record of 15 wins and two second-place finishes. Being a six-time Mr Olympia should say it all, especially when you consider the freakiness with which he redefined all the parameters of bodybuilding. He is truly a legend of the sport and to many people, the greatest bodybuilder of all time!

Dorian still runs his famous Temple Gym in Birmingham and also now has his own line of supplements.

2009 Iron Man Pro Pump Room and Expo Highlights - 2 DVD set

"California's #1 Fitness Weekend" & behind the scenes at the 20th Iron Man Pro.

See the main Pump Room action from the 2009 Iron Man Pro including backstage tanning booth scenes PLUS all the Highlights from the LA Fitness Expo from both days.

The opening section of this DVD brings you the highlights from the backstage pump room. From tanning, pumping, tensing and oiling and posing for photos, this popular segment captures all of the action from back stage at the LA Convention Center.

The Expo highlights include scenes of the Strongman event, the Men’s Interviews plus highlights from the Dexter Jackson’s Mr. Olympia Seminar. All the sections on the men (pump room and then men at the Expo, interviews etc) have been kept together as Part 1 of the DVD.



Part 2 of the Expo section is 100% Women’s Highlights and interviews with Bill Dobbins. This keeps it all together for our female fans and the same for the fans of men’s bodybuilding.

We covered the Expo with our 2 camera team namely Wayne Gallasch doing all of the interviews and Michael Lenglez doing the rest. Michael shot all of the pump room footage for us.

Richard Rossan was our main photographer for the Expo photos, with some Expo photos supplied by Iron Man magazine.

Posing The Extra-ordinary Way focuses on the symmetry, compulsory and the free posing rounds. Detail is given for both men and women for the stance of the quarter turns, position and movement of mandatory and optional poses, highlighting good points while minimising weak points and the choreography of the posing routine. By viewing these tips on video a bodybuilder will be able to learn and practice correct posing techniques.

This version was shot by us and we transferred the complete original film footage and used every part of it. The running time of this contest is 60 mins. A shorter but different version of this similar footage is contained in our other DVD, PCB-129DVD. This is the complete premium version in this DVD of the AAU Mr. America contest!

What a wonderful catalogue of surprises we found when logging this video for inclusion in to the web site and no onto DVD. The list of competitors shown reads like a who's who of Bodybuilding in 1977. Wayne shot this particular contest but even he didn't remember the half of what we found!

For example, there's a rare appearance of Mike Mentzer guest posing, Franco Columbu guest posing and doing a strength act of repetition deadlifts, a young guy called Arnold presenting the trophies, plus some judging highlights - and here's the list of contestants you will see:

Mike SABLE, George NAVARETTE, Bronston AUSTIN, Dave MASTORAKIS, Len ARCHAMBAULT, Skip ROBINSON, John DEFENDIS, Steve DAVIS, Ray MENTZER, Dave DUPRÉ and the three class winners: DANNY PADILLA, ROGER CALLARD and PETE GRYMKOWSKI. Overall winner - DANNY PADILLA.

A classic contest indeed - shot on silent film and transferred to video, now to DVD, with music added. Very good quality, given the technical standards of the day.

1998 Jan Tana Pro Classic

Held in Charlotte, North Carolina on the weekend of July 24-25, 1998, this was once again almost a Ms Olympia line-up, such was the incredible standard. You will see 23 amazing international BODYBUILDING WOMEN competing against each other in one massive class. They became locked together in a titanic battle for the top positions with the main battle being between LESA LEWIS, GAYLE MOHER, DAYANA CADEAU and new Pro YAXENI ORIQUEN.

Many of these women later went on to be major stars in the Ms Olympia competition. Yaxeni subsequently won the Ms Olympia title in 2005.
Jan Tana inaugurated this famous event in 1991, and it quickly became a stepping-stone to greatness for the best female pros in the world as they fought to obtain Ms Olympia qualification.

The DVD includes all rounds, Prejudging and Finals including the complete posing routines of the competitors. The eventual winner LESA LEWIS was one of the biggest, tallest, best built Pro women to ever grace a posing stage. She was simply awesome! At 5’10” and weighing almost 200lbs ripped, she had a comprehensive victory over this star studded field. This victory gained her a trip to the 1998 Ms Olympia in Prague, Czech Republic, an event shot by GMV Productions in association with Magna Media International.

1999 IFBB English Grand Prix - The Pump Room

Held in England, this fantastic event included an Amateur Grand Prix preceding the Professional Event. The winner going onto the pro GP. With the English GP being held one week after the Mr Olympia, it is virtually a re-run of the Mr Olympia in UK, with some new faces, plus often guest posers as an added bonus.

This video includes all the back stage action for all the competitors, amateur & professional, as well as sensational Norwegian guest star - TOMMI THORVILDSEN.

It was the largest lineup of competitors ever seen in an English Grand Prix. The top 4 are still today in 2005 4 of the best bodybuilders of the last 20 years, and probably some of the best physiques of all time.

Joe Meeko: Mr. Universe - Mr. America - Mr. USA - Platinum Edition

JOE MEEKO, a popular Mr. Universe, Mr. America and Mr. USA winner has got the lot! He has a world class physique from calves to clavicle, excellent proportion, as well as blonde good looks.

TAREK ELSETOUHI – Shredded Flex Master

Tarek Elsetouhi is one of the brilliant new young pros on the scene today. We follow him from his crushing Overall victory at the 2008 Arnold Amateur Classic to his complete hard core full body workout shot in Phoenix, Arizona on the day after he competed in the 2010 Phoenix Pro. We include his Phoenix Pro Prejudging and Finals highlights.

You will see why Tarek is known for his fantastic biceps and fine shredded, contest condition as shown in this DVD, as he flexes and poses each bodypart after every set. The Flex Master in action at his brilliant best!

Day 1 was Tarek's shredded poolside posing, tensing and pumping in the brilliant Phoenix sunshine.


Day 2 was his full body hardcore ripped to shreds gym workout at the Fitness Factory, Gilbert, Arizona. It is not often he have the privilege of shooting with a star bodybuilder in his 100% contest condition.
