You’re in for an entertaining and enlightening seminar, plus an electrifying posing routine and encore by the most dynamic physique champion of the 80s. Handsome, articulate young Rich Gaspari, loaded with confidence and charisma, presented his ‘one-man show’ before an enthralled audience.

As an added bonus – we include Rich’s sensational guest posing routine at the 1987 IFBB Australasian Championships in Sydney, with a brief interview on Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach.

At the seminar Rich strips his shirt off, pumping up on stage...the first time we have seen this done at a seminar. The audience loved it and so will you! You won’t want to miss Rich’s famous shredded “butt pose” – a rare treat now that the “moon” pose is banned.

The seminar questions and answers are broken into segments and shown in conjunction with Rich’s three posing routines and interview. To further improve the quality and presentation of the questions, most are asked by the promoter of the seminar on behalf of the audience.

Rich has become one of the youngest ever Mr. Universe winners, and twice second place Mr. Olympia 1986 and 1987. He outlines his blueprint for success, and gives you full details on how he works out, with plenty of info on sets, reps and monster poundages. He discusses nutrition in depth, with special emphasis on the use of amino acids.

The seminar illustrates Rich's enthusiasm for nutritional knowledge and the genesis of his current Gaspari Nutrition supplement company. In this DVD see how it all began.

2005 NABBA Universe: The Men - The Show

The 2005 NABBA Universe saw a record number of competitors fighting for the titles of Overall Amateur Mr Universe and Pro-Am Mr Universe. With the quality being so high, we have included every exciting moment from the evening show.

You will see the complete posing routines of all top 6 placegetters in each class, plus posedowns for Amateur Mr Universe, the Pro-Am and all awards.

The Professionals were incorporated into the Pro-Am contest and judged entirely at the evening show.

The exciting pose-down between the 4 amateur height class winners for overall Amateur Mr. Universe saw a stunning victory for Brazil's own champion CHARLES MARIO. SERGEI OGORODNIKOV of Russia made it a double by winning the Pro-Am after winning Overall Amateur Mr Universe in 2000.

1994 IFBB Masters Olympia

Lou Ferrigno returns to an Olympia stage for the third time in the 90's for this first-ever Masters Olympia competition, created by Joe Weider for former bodybuilding champions now over 40 years old. However Lou's dream was shattered by the incredible physique of winner ROBBY ROBINSON.

BRIEF BIO:

Phillip Jerrod Heath (nicknamed "The Gift") was born 18th December, 1979 and spent his early years in Seattle, Washington where he developed an affinity for basketball. Heath proved his natural athletic drive in high school playing varsity basketball which in turn secured a scholarship and highly coveted position as point/shooting guard for the Pioneer’s at the University of Denver. He attributes many of the lessons he learned in sportsmanship to the time he spent playing on the Division 1-A Men’s Basketball team during 1998-2002. Heath double majored in IT and Business Administration during his tenure at the University.

The allure of intense training and competition steered Phil Heath towards the field of bodybuilding. He changed his focus to this intensely competitive sport as he realized basketball hadn’t allowed him to fully define his place in life. Humble in his approach, yet stealth with strategy, he officially pursued bodybuilding with massive determination from October 2002 onwards.

Starting out at 185 lbs., he soon reached 215 lbs. with 6% body – a dramatic transformation. Ultimately, at a rock solid 192 lbs (considered a light-heavyweight by industry standards), Heath competed in his first competition in 2003 - The Rocky Mountain NPC (National Physique Committee) USA Championship “Northern” where he walked away with the overall title.

Suitably referred to as “The Gift” and in an effort to perfect his craft, he enrolled in a hardcore gym in 2003. His determination led to victory starting at the NPC Colorado State Show where he earned the distinction of Mr. Colorado – competing at 200lb. He went on to sign with Weider Health and Fitness for which he respectfully acknowledges former Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler and Peter McGough. Heath later competed for his pro-card at the USA’s at 215 lbs taking overall honors.

Today this IFBB Pro and 2011, 2012, 2013 Mr. Olympia title holder looks towards the future. Heath’s intention is to “represent the sport of bodybuilding in a way that many people can relate to while maintaining the respect the sport deserves.”

From some back issues of FLEX magazine, we came across a report claiming these poundages:

" 675 pounds for 6 reps and regularly does 585 pounds for 10 reps, and other phenomenal training lifts include squats 750 pounds for 15 reps, 45 degree leg presses more than 2000 pounds for sets of 20 reps, seated military presses 405lbs for 12 reps and 495lbs for 5 reps, flat benches 495lbs for 12 reps, seated shoulder dumbell presses 12 reps with 200lbs, barbell rows 585 for 7 reps and DB curls with 120 lbs for 8 reps."

Greg was off to an early start, commencing training at the age of 17. He soon developed an amazing physique. In the off-season Greg consumed around 10,000 calories per day and when he was dieting for a show he would reduce them to 8,000. When the show was close, he would cut them down to 5,000 odd.

In my opinion, photos of Greg do not do him justice. When we stood beside him at FIBO in 1998 we were dwarfed by his size. In fact he looks much bigger and better in person than you will see in any magazine photo. It is without doubt that Greg Kovacs was one of biggest, strongest and most amazing pro bodybuilders of all time.

2013 IFBB Nordic Pro Championships

This outstanding IFBB Pro show and Fitness Expo was promoted by KP Ourama with major sponsors being FAST, Leader, Mass.fi, Better Bodies and BODY Magazine.

The Men’s Prejudging includes all of the compulsory poses and comparisons for each competitor, followed by the evening Finals along with all men’s posing routines. This was followed by the top 5 posedown and awards. Enjoy the complete Men's Pro event and more.

Producer's Note:
Mike O'Hearn had this workout filmed in LA and then sent us the camera tapes so that we could edit and produce this video, now available on DVD. This was shot several years ago with older technology and the DVD looks exactly as good as the original camera tapes. At times a slow shutter speed was used to create a special effect. This was not something that we could remove in the authoring process. The DVD is still most enjoyable and a unique record of guys who had little publicy on video at the time.

MIKE MENTZER AT THE BEACH & MUSCLE ROCKS – Disc #1

Disc #1 comprises three original films - "On the Beach", "At Muscle Rocks", and "In the Oil Field".
In this exclusive 60 minute feast of muscle - the mighty Mike Mentzer flexes, tenses, oils, pumps and poses. Filmed in the late seventies at Mike’s all-time peak condition, while Mike was current Mr. Universe.

MIKE & RAY MENTZER IN THE GYM – Disc #2

The awesome Mentzer brothers, fuelled by their intense rivalry, show what they can do when they pump iron. Filmed in the gym in Los Angeles, they blast their way through an intense workout routine. It was a film demonstration workout, still using the actual heavy weights they would normally use.
After Mike flexes and poses each muscle group, they head for Venice Beach. Ray Mentzer oils, pumps and poses in a fantastic solo presentation. Plus duo posing as well to complete disc #2.

MIKE MENTZER THE FINAL CHAPTER – Disc #3

This 3rd and final DVD consists of all of our remaining segments of Mike and Ray Mentzer, combined into one super DVD feature as disc #3. Includes many posing, contest and workout segments from both Mentzer brothers. The first half of the DVD is devoted to Mike with Part 2 showcasing our rare footage of Ray.
The Mike Mentzer pumping and posing at home segment is Mike’s highlight of the DVD and runs for 28 minutes.

This video gives an over-view of the fabulous career of 8 times Ms Olympia LENDA MURRAY. She has now equalled Lee Haney’s record of 8 Olympia titles.

Lenda guest poses and gives a great seminar at the 1995 IFBB English Grand Prix, one week after her 6th Ms Olympia title victory. Plus, there is a vibrant interview from FIBO 1995 with Lenda in a sexy outfit, with all the various different posing routines we have recorded with Lenda at FIBO since 1990.

Finally, see Lenda in her sensational Olympia comeback in 2002 in Las Vegas. All the highlights from the pump room, press conference, prejudging, photo booth and victory interview. She did it all again in 2003 where we captured similar highlights, especially in the pump room in close-up. This is an entertaining profile on the world's greatest female physique star of all time!
